Thank you for participating in Phase 5 Consultation!
Thanks to all who provided feedback and participated in Phase 5 Consultation on the draft UBC Vancouver Campus Plan. The consultation period is now over. Feedback received during Phase 5 will be recorded and summarized in a Consultation Summary Report, which will be considered, along with technical studies, to finalize the Plan. In early 2010, the Final Plan will be presented to the UBC Board of Governors. The Consultation Summary Report will be posted to this website when complete.
Consultation on the Draft Campus Plan
Since June 2006, UBC has been reviewing the 1992 Main Campus Plan to create a new Vancouver Campus Plan. This Plan for our academic lands builds on an evolving physical form and supports UBC’s academic mission. The Campus Plan Review has six phases comprising technical studies and consultation with the campus community and other stakeholders. We are now in Phase 5 – Here’s the Plan!
As part of Phase 5, UBC Campus & Community Planning asked for feedback and comment about the draft Campus Plan. The draft Campus Plan was developed in consultation with faculty, staff, students, alumni, residents, emeriti and the broader community.
